Job Description:

RecruitGibraltar are currently recruiting for a Business Integration / Change Consultant to join a successful and diverse gaming operation with online betting and gaming websites. The group have acquired a number of new businesses in the last few years and another recently which needs to be integrated into the group business as a whole. This contract is expected to last approx. 6 - 8 months.

You will work very closely with the Integration Department as well as other relevant stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of the integration roadmap. You will be a key contributor in setting up a work structure as well as aligning and coordinating activities with the acquired party, as well as internal stakeholders.

You will be expected to proactively collaborate with all parts of the organization to support needs, solve issues and drive process for how and when we integrate different parts of the business. An important part of the role is also to keep a holistic overview of the integration and reporting around own areas of responsibility.

We are particularly looking for a candidate with experience in mergers and Acquisitions, with strong people handling skills.

What will you be doing?


Building strong relationships with the acquired company
Ownership of specific areas within the Integration process
Effective delivery according to set deadlines and proactively sorting out issues
Manage change and risks that occurs during the integration processes
Review the existing acquisition integration model and suggest improvements


What have you done?

Experience in a similar role from mergers and acquisitions within the gaming industry
Strong communicator with ability to provide relevant information and adapt message to the listener
Pragmatic solutions oriented approach to problems and challenges
Organised with excellent ability to plan and coordinate work
Reliable with good ability to work under pressure and handle change
Very adaptable and strong ability to build new relationships
Experience of project management or similar coordination work
High emotional intelligence and good analytical skills
Positive can-do attitude and a team player
Flexible to travel and work from different locations for longer times
Native level in English language
