RecruitGibraltar are currently helping our client one of the highest regarded companies within the online gaming industry to find a CRM Executive. As a CRM Executive you will develop, implement and optimize CRM campaigns for the activation, retention, reactivation and cross-selling of clients across products to increase customer lifetime value, longevity, and to reduce customer churn.
Create campaign flows, segments and life cycle journeys using the available CRM solution
Ensure campaign briefs are submitted on time and all relevant stakeholders are communicated
Create marketing assets like email, sms, push messages, onsite banners and landing pages
Adhere to campaign QA process prior to go live
Report on campaign success metrics like Conversion or Retention rates, including channel specific engagement metrics like Open and CTR rates
Document results for all campaigns weekly and monthly, in required format for future reference
Prior experience in a gaming or sportsbook environment is preferred
Is comfortable with HTML and email creation process
Have good content writing skills, native preferred
Prior experience in using any CRM solution like Silverpop, Email Vision, Exact Target or Adobe Neolane is an advantage
Comfortable with numbers and using MS Excel OR Has good content writing skills
Salary £25k - 28k based on experience with bonus, pension and private healthcare.
