What is the plan for the role Customer Relations Specialist?
Reporting to the Supervisor, the Customer Relations Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of customer service, operational processes and general account management. The candidate for this role should be highly motivated and extremely adaptable to customer needs.
Core working hours will be from 9am until 9pm Monday - Sunday
What will you do as a Customer Relations Specialist?
Resolve customer enquiries via email or chat
Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Cancel or upgrade accounts
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
What do you know that makes you a great Customer Relations Specialist?
Previous experience in a customer service role
An understanding of the blockchain industry and a desire to part of its expansion
Sales experience desirable
An understanding of the blockchain industry
An outgoing personality and a good and engaging telephone manner
Strong time-management credentials ability to prioritise
Work independently, take appropriate responsibility for actions and make sensible decisions
Be self-motivated and driven to succeed
Be confident in dealing with colleagues within the business at all levels
Be willing to work on a shift basis, including evenings and weekends
