What is the plan for the Country Manager (Spain) role?
A leading eGaming business, entering an exciting new chapter of growth, are looking for an eGaming specialist to help them launch into the Spanish market.
The Country Manager will devise and implement effective strategies to meet and exceed the company objectives & targets at market level. You will be responsible for developing the Spanish market including market strategy, product, customer acquisition and retention. You will have overall responsibility for the Spanish territory P&L, building relationships, agreeing deals, seeking marketing and partner opportunities. A specialist market knowledge with a view of giving feedback to marketing teams and business development is also included in this role.
What will you do as a Country Manager (Spain)?
Create country strategy, positioning and growth.
Act as a brand strategist, ready to establish the brand identity and build campaign plans across multiple-channels.
Build strong relationships with third party digital brands to increase brand partnership opportunities
Establish acquisition marketing activities across the market in cooperation with the acquisition and marketing teams.
Govern development, planning and execution of marketing and promotion activities for the Spanish market.
Interpret business and marketing data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and report back to the business with results and learnings in a clear, concise and constructive manner.
Responsible for localisation of product, together with the content team.
Optimise presentation and promotion of games as per the market to ensure maximum player volume.
Ensuring that all communication with players is in line with the Spanish Regulatory requirements
Responsible for the local website including content and look and feel, ensuring it has local focus.
Set SMART objectives and define KPIs considering how to achieve a positive ROI on group campaigns in line with business goals.
Ensure delivery of all brand and marketing content, such as asset packs and copy guidelines to the Group and its partners with Campaign and Brand Managers support.
What do you know that makes you a great Country Manager (Spain)?
Previous experience in a similar country manager role within egaming.
Demonstrable track record in strategic planning and project management.
An ability to work and influence cross-function to engage and coordinate key internal stakeholders.
Must have experience in delivering profitable Acquisition marketing campaigns against aggressive CPA and ROI parameters
Experience acquiring customers and growing businesses.
Native Spanish speaker, Fluent in English.
Good understanding of online and direct response marketing.
Analytical ability and the understanding of profit/loss profiles.
You will have helped companies launch new products in new markets and understand what is needed in order to make a success of a market launch.
Ability to set & review individual objectives through a structured personal development plan.
Salary 50 and 60k based on experience with bonus & an excellent relocation and benefits package.
