They need a Customer Service Agent with previous egaming experience in a CS or fraud role essential.

What is the plan for the Customer Service Agent role?

This is a newly created department and your core objectives will be to ensure only the highest level of customer service is provided to all clients in need of help.

Answer phones chats and emails to customers accurately and exceeding their expectations within the target timescales.
Provide excellent customer service across all products in an expedient manner
Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the various websites available.
Be self-motivated use own initiative to be able to utilize internet and other freely available resources to improve knowledge and help customers.
Work as part of a team to improve the overall performance of the contact centre
Evaluate and test relevant language websites making sure they are competitive in the marketplace
Able to work on a 7 days a week rota but no later than 10pm

What do you know that makes you a great Customer Service Agent?

You must already live locally and ideally be available to start immediately.

Previous experience in customer service orientated role in eGaming
Fluent English speaking and writing
Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications.
Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills
Competency in the various back office systems
Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications.

Salary circa 18k - 19k per year based on experience
