What will you do as a Financial Director?
A vacancy has now arisen in the Gibraltar office for a Finance Director role to oversee the Gibraltar accounts function and to sit on the board of directors.
Review of monthly financial and management reports to ensure accuracy, integrity and completeness of all;
Review of subsidiary monthly management accounts including variance analysis and supporting commentary;
Maintenance of company balance sheets;
Assist in preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts;
Review of corporate tax returns;
Review of annual Gibraltar statutory accounts;
Key day to day liaison with auditors;
Preparation of a wide range of standardised and ad hoc reports for the business;
Indirect cost control and regular review;
Provide support to non-finance business partners in understanding their costs;
Report into Group board with monthly findings of the Gibraltar operations.
What do you know that makes you a great Financial Director?
Prior experience working within the online gaming industry;
Significant experience in finance, with at least five years in senior management;
Fully ACCA / CIMA qualified
Strong excel and analytical skills;
Strong interest in online gaming desirable;
A Gambling Commission Personal Management Licence desirable but not essential.
Salary based on experience with bonus & an excellent relocation and benefits package.
