They work with the biggest names in the industry and you be responsible for retaining their business and ensuring they receive the highest level of attention.
What will you do as a Junior Account Manager?
You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients, acting as their key point of contact.
You will become an expert on the product suite and feature set and use this knowledge to drive usage and knowledge of the products and tools within your clients.
You will evaluate and identify opportunities for the company to grow its share of clients’ wallet through up-selling and cross selling the suite of gaming products.
You will be the ‘voice of the customer’ and provide internal feedback about how the company can better serve their customers’ needs.
You will have a strong understanding of your client's business; you will deeply understand the problems they face and you will know the right product to solve them.

You have some gaming experience ideally in a customer service, VIP or sales role but others would be considered.

Salary £ 28k – 30k based on experience with bonus.
