RecruitGibraltar are currently helping our client who is a market leading egaming company who has a great opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join this high performance team based in Gibraltar. What is the plan for the Payroll Administrator role?
You will be responsible for the Company payroll process and associated monthly tasks.
What will you do as a Payroll Administrator?
Processing the payroll from start to finish within specific time frames whilst making sure all deadlines are met.
Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently throughout the month.
Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll and employee information.
Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, vacation, sickness and reporting on this.
Resolving payroll discrepancies by collecting and analysing information.
Providing payroll information by answering questions and requests.
Liaising with the Tax Office and submission of reports via the online portal.
Backup and support for corporate contract signing.
What do you know that makes you a great Payroll Administrator?
Previous experience working within a payroll orientated position.
Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Intermediary accounting skills.
Online banking experience.
Salary circa 22k - 25k based on experience with bonus & an excellent benefits package.
