RecruitGibraltar are currently helping our client who is an entrepreneurial e-commerce company working in the property industry who offer long term career growth and a rewarding working environment where you can make a real impact. They need a Verification – Customer Service Agent to be responsible for providing the highest levels of service through inbound and outbound communications, to the company’s customers for property in the UK.

This can be either a full time or part-time role so you will work either 20 hours or 40 hours per week between 10am - 6pm.

To qualify you must already live in the Gibraltar / Southern Spain area

What will you do as a Verification – Customer Service Agent?

• Assessing applications from customers and verifying clients documents to enable them to utilise the service
• Delivering outstanding customer care to customers via all available communications channels, notably by telephone, email and on-site messaging, in order to nurture the long-term relationship between the business and the customer
• Any other tasks as required by the business

What do you know that makes you a great Verification – Customer Service Agent?

• Previous experience in fraud/document checking or verification is essential
• Previous experience in an office-based customer service role
• Excellent communication skills, with a first-rate telephone manner
• Native English speaker with strong and accurate written skills
• Ability to assess and decision make situations based on a given set of criteria
• Must be a co-operative colleague who understands that the team is stronger than the individual
• Well organised, and comfortably able to multi-task
• Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications.

Salary circa £18k (pro-rata for part-time) based on experience.
