Reporting to the Senior HR Executive, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the
senior management team with travel arrangements, processing of expenses, co-ordination of meetings,
including minute taking, as well as calendar management. S/he will also handle procurement of office
supplies and will also provide personal assistance to one of the divisional CEO’s.

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the administrative function within the HR Department. The position will involve maintaining employee records, compiling spreadsheets,
assisting with correspondence, assisting with the organization and co-ordination of training activities and
internal events, processing paperwork, compiling statistics reports, assisting with internal surveys and
responding to questionnaires as well as other basic administrative duties as may be required from time to
time. The Administrative Assistant will also be involved in the recruitment process by setting up
appointments, posting job adverts, assisting with the on/offboarding processes, distributing uniforms and
organizing telephony packages for employees.

The selected candidate shall possess a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role, be IT proficient and
have a good command of both Maltese and English. The ideal candidate shall possess excellent
communication and organizational skills, the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage own workload and
the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels.
