They need a Head of AML & Responsible Gambling to help in launch a new online business so there will be a requirement to build and manage a team that will excel in making sure all AML and RG issues are managed correctly and that GDPR sensitivity is at the utmost priority.
What is the plan for the Head of AML & Responsible Gambling role?
You will lead an exciting risk and compliance team, but be part of a wider central support team that has recently gone through some exciting changes, which includes launching a new gaming site that has aims of reaching the very top.
What will you do as a Head of AML & Responsible Gambling?
Manage the Compliance, AML, RG and Data Security teams
Ensure the business maintains compliance with all applicable regulations
Liaise with regulatory bodies as appropriate
Provide advice and support to the business as and when required
Manage the implementation of any regulatory change
Develop and maintain department policies and procedures
Manage all responses to regulatory bodies
Provide the Board with reports on regulatory changes, challenges and developments
Maintain training material for the department
What do you know that makes you a great Head of AML & Responsible Gambling?
Proven experience leading a compliance and regulatory function within the online gaming industry.
Demonstrable experience of developing and implementing policies and procedures
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
Strong knowledge of industry compliance and regulatory matters and the proven ability to apply suitable strategic insight, direction and leadership
Excellent prioritising skills, with the ability to work under pressure
Salary £60k - 70k based on experience with bonus & an excellent relocation and benefits package.
